Distinguish Mails between Customers and Furnishers
I have 30 rules, 20 of this rules anlyse Customer orders, and should not
analyse any mails from a list of SENDER ( furnisher like Microsoft, apple,
and until 10 others )
So i have to write 20 times the complete list of 10 SENDER ).
By adding a new furnisher , i have to modify the 20 rules.
Is it possible to create a Global list , wich can be used in each 20 rules.
So i need to modify only ONE TIME2 votesWe now have added the ability to create a Dependent Filter (Rule Type) instead of just Global Filter (Rule Type). First, create a Dependent Filter and in it enter your list of 10 SENDERs. Then multi-select and right click on the 20 Rules and select Add Dependent Filter and choose the name you gave to the dependent filter. Now you do not need to replicate the 10 SENDERS across the rules and just control it using Dependent Filter.

make it easier to download attachments that have already been downloaded
I find I need to search thru emails attachments using different criteria and having a simple way to access previously downloaded email would be a big help.

Mail server settings bug
Free version: Server settings do not save unless I make some kind of change to the server type radio selector. When making a new profile using POP, I have to click into one of the selections that I don't want, and then choose POP in order for my settings to not get erased. v3.2 using Windows 10 Pro x64

Extract any HEADER data
a feature to extrac any HEADER data via regex
1 voteWith latest PRO Server versions, you can extract data from any Header using the Extraction Wizard. Just pick Extraction Wizard and then pick the EMAIL_HEADER field. You can also include the raw EMAIL_HEADER in any field like filename or SQL.

For Save Folders, if you already have a path specified and you want to change it, have a return button where you could step back a level.
We have deep paths and having to restart the selection process from the top is more awkward then just going up a level or two from the existing path. Extra points, for new rules that would remember the last Save path used and place that as the default path that you could then change as needed.
1 voteYou can now copy/paste the paths. If you set the main save location in the main program window, then any new rule that you create will automatically use that as the default save location. Let us know if this feature does not satisfy your requirement.

Status messages too difficult to read
When trying to read a Status message, if it's longer than the width of my screen I am forced to move the right-side boundary of the status field header in order to activate the horizontal scroll box. It would be much better to right-click and open a dialog with the details.

Improve the run script and command features
Currently the options for using the "Run Script" and "Run Command Line" features are very limited with very limited to non-existing help on how to properly use them.

Ability to invoke a SOAP/REStful API call
Once the attchments are downloaded, it would be good if there was a possibility to invoke an API call passing the field values as parameters. This will enable further integration with sub system components

Ability to store body email in a NoSQL DB
This would work alongside with the previous suggestion consisting of exporting the content of the email as XML.

Ability to export the email body as XML using XSLT transformation.
This would allow to generate an XML and store it for further processing. The XSL transformation could use as parameters the field values extracted.

Connect global filter to certain mailbox
Make it possible to connect a global filter to only one certain mailbox. As we use mail redirection and have the same mail in two mailboxes, but only want to download it from one of the two, it would e helpful to connect a filter to either one of the mailboxes.

We now support Export/Import in the PRO versions where you can export all settings. The global rule filters are already stored in that setting.

Keep the ability to download into corresponding mailbox folder when using Global Filters.
I use a fax service where all attachments have the name "document.pdf"
Faxes are emailed to me, and usually include the caller ID of the sending fax machine. This allows me to use filters in Gmail to sort incoming emails into different folders. But when your software downloads them, they all have the totally useless name of document###.pdf. I can't use Global Filters since they would all download into the same folder, which is even less helpful.1 votePRO v3.0 supports this now on a per-rule basis

Can we add the recipients name or preferably email address to the downloaded file name?
One important infomation that I'd like is when downloading from a folder other than INBOX - please add the recipients email address or name to the ID for the downloaded attachment . It would make it much more valuable to me (and hopefully others)

IF statement
Having the option to choose an IF statement as one of the Filename format would be useful. For example if the subject of the email includes a date (i.e. 2/9/2015), I would like that date (in a certain format : 02.09.2015) to be included in the filename.
