Confirmation button for deleting global filters
I've hit the button "- Remove filter" by accident twice now, somehow I expect the "Edit" button to be on that position.
It might be an idea to make a checkbox at the global filter options to ask for confirmation when deleting a global filter.
We don't use much global filters, but the ones we are using, are getting pretty complex.
And yes there is an option to create a backup, but when editing the filters one cannot simple export config's all the time in between.7 votes -
Inline Image PDF Generation
Inline Image PDF Generation.
Basically, If I say generate a PDF from the Body of the Email, the body of the email should include text, images, and eventually hyperlinks. It should operate just like all of the free PDF printers out there and convert the MSG file (images + text) into a single PDF.

I would suggest that they put a tag option email as read after you download the attachment . This would be of great value !

Move emails with error to a folder
If an email experiences any error in downloading/conversion it should move to a folder we can specify (I’d make a folder called Error in the mailbox). We see errors sometimes with document conversion, mostly when an email has multiple attachments, the conversion will just fail sometimes but the entire Global Filter will still run. At the end of our Global Filter we have a rule to move downloaded emails to a folder called “Processed”. When it fails it still moves and so we have to reconcile the attachment count which takes time.

Process rules per attachment
For Invoice Processing, we often receive multiple invoices in one email. We require that the email body be attached to each invoice. Currently GearMage will merge all invoices into 1 pdf. We need GearMage to process per attachment.

Add ID to filename if duplicates
As a Mail Attachment Downloader PRO user, I have a suggestion for future version.
That is, add an option to add ID in filename, only if there are duplicates. Now the files are not downloaded in given folder if there are already a file with the same filename.
Instead of saying filename.rar is already exists, then auto rename the filename.rar to filename_2.rar and download it.
I know for now there is an option to add ID for all attachment filenames, but I wanted to add ID to filename only if there is an duplcate.Thanks in advance and looking forward…

Backup/Restore rules and configuration
Provide a way to backup and restore rules and configuration. This way, the configuration can be copied across machines easily. It also helps if there is any corruption on the local system.

Add "Move email to mailbox folder" configurable in global filter
My company processes about 90,000 emails containing Invoice PDF attachments, every month. My enhancement request is to allow a global filter to specify the mailbox folder the processed email will be moved to. As of right now, it seems every processed email must go into one single mailbox folder. This causes delays in researching/finding a processed email for our helpdesk team. I have roughly 70 global filters.

Sort/Edit the filter names
I've created more than a hundred filters and its time consuming having to scroll down the rue filter to look for the one that I want to edit/delete. I'd also like have the ability to edit the name of the filters.

Start Minimised
This is a background utility, and not an interactive application therefore I would very much like to be able to start Mail Attachment Downloader minimised to the notification area on the taskbar. I have tried using the minimise option on the shortcut as well as "Start /min" in a batch file but nothing seems to work

Choose how to append email body
Currently the email body can be downloaded and attached to the email as the first page. Would be useful if we could choose to append to the end of the email instead.

Add a {time} and {datetime} function to downloaded files.
. Is it possible to include a time stamp for a saved attachment?
I know I can use the {date}, but it would be great to have something like {time} or even {datetime}. We need to ID some files with the date and time of the download (ex: 20151201_12:41:25)Thanks.

make it easier to download attachments that have already been downloaded
I find I need to search thru emails attachments using different criteria and having a simple way to access previously downloaded email would be a big help.
