Move emails with error to a folder
If an email experiences any error in downloading/conversion it should move to a folder we can specify (I’d make a folder called Error in the mailbox). We see errors sometimes with document conversion, mostly when an email has multiple attachments, the conversion will just fail sometimes but the entire Global Filter will still run. At the end of our Global Filter we have a rule to move downloaded emails to a folder called “Processed”. When it fails it still moves and so we have to reconcile the attachment count which takes time.
